So a few of my favorite things arrived in the mail the other day, first, I saw these:
Some BEAUTIFUL shoes from Joyfolie for Lyla…love them soooo much! They’re a little big–the booties fall off
but the tweed shoes stay on with the strap! And well, this is Texas, so peep toe season runs a little longer than in some other places! I cannot wait until fall when they release some firm soled boots!
And then, the day got even better when I noticed this:
The latest Anthropologie catalog–not only does it have lovely, lovely clothes, but the photos in it are so very beautiful and inspiring–the use of light in this issue, in particular, is phenomenal.
Anyways, back to the shoes
Of course I had to take Lyla out and try to get some photos of her in them…

Yes–it’s a lovely backdrop…the texture is great too. We didn’t stay too long though, my little girl doesn’t sit still, and I didn’t want her tripping and getting tetanus (this really a better location for older kids or immobile little ones!)
